- Can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing App data through your device settings
How We Use Information
Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no data for us to use. The locally stored game progress exists solely to enhance your gaming experience by allowing you to resume your progress across play sessions.

- Delete local data: Uninstall the App or clear the App’s data through your device settings (Settings > Apps > Aqua Harmony > Storage > Clear Data) to remove all locally stored game progress
- Control permissions: The App requests no special permissions. You can review all permissions in your device settings
International Data Transfers
Since we do not collect or transmit any personal data, no international data transfers occur when you use Aqua Harmony.
Data Retention
We do not retain any user data because we do not collect any user data. Local game data stored on your device remains on your device until you delete it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Legal Compliance
European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom Users
Since we do not collect any personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data subject rights regarding access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection are not applicable to our App. We do not process personal data and therefore do not require a legal basis for processing.
California Residents (United States)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. Since Aqua Harmony does not collect any personal information:

Brazilian Users
